Nathan Elsberry

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Nathan began his career in the US Navy, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom following the attacks on September 11th.  He transitioned from military service into further education at Auburn University, where he studied Wireless Engineering.

Nathan’s civilian career started with as a delivery team member and leader at Capgemini.  He then went on to lead large delivery programs at Infosys Consulting, which is where he also began his sales career.  Following Infosys Consulting, he moved to Thoughtworks (TW).  While at TW, he quickly sold the largest deal in the company’s history, created the Central North America portfolio through new logo acquisition, created and led the NA New Logo Acquisition team and strategy, created the foundational sales methodology that grew Thoughtworks NA new logo acquisition revenue 14x, and trained other countries how to execute on the NA sales methodology.  He then moved into the role of Head of Sales for TW NA, departing only after creating the most impactful sales organization in the company’s history.

After leaving TW, Nathan became CRO for HTEC.  At HTEC, he created the sales and marketing organizations from scratch, integrated multiple M&A assets, created the forecasting model, created a robust commercial and contractual methodology, and shaped the go-to-market aspects of the entire organization, well beyond sales.  This all occurred while simultaneously delivering market-beating growth in the toughest market the tech services industry has seen in 2022-2024.

This all culminated in Nathan deciding that numerous technology and custom software development firms wanted and needed maturity, evolution, predictability, etc. but they struggled to source and/or pay for it.  He created ROI to serve that need directly.
